Our clinical team offers a range of services designed to support individuals at different stages of care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) treatment, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services. Through structured treatment and rehabilitative support, we help individuals manage mental health conditions, strengthen daily functioning, and work toward long-term wellness.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP program provides structured, supportive treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require inpatient hospitalization. The program focuses on stabilization, skill-building, and helping individuals safely return to daily life, school, or work.
Services within our IOP include:
Comprehensive Clinical Assessments – detailed evaluations by licensed clinicians to determine treatment needs, diagnosis, and appropriate level of care.
Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management – assessments and ongoing medication monitoring by licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to support symptom stabilization and recovery.
Structured Group Therapy – multiple therapeutic groups each week focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, relapse prevention, and managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Individual Therapy – regular one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist to address personal challenges, reinforce treatment goals, and support progress made in group sessions.
Family Therapy and Support – sessions that help strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and provide families with tools to support recovery.
Psychoeducation and Skill Development – education on mental health conditions, stress management, healthy coping strategies, and relapse prevention to promote long-term stability.
Crisis Support and Stabilization – timely clinical support during periods of increased distress to help prevent hospitalization and maintain safety.
Care Coordination and Discharge Planning – collaboration with primary care providers, schools, community resources, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition back to routine outpatient services.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) supports adults, adolescents, and children who are living with mental health challenges and need help building the skills required for daily living, independence, and success in the community.
PRP focuses on practical, real-world skill development. Services are individualized and designed to help each person improve functioning at home, in school, at work, and in social environments.
Adult PRP
Our Adult PRP services focus on strengthening independence and helping individuals manage daily responsibilities and mental health symptoms. Services may include:
- Daily living skills training such as budgeting, cooking, and home management
- Community integration including transportation support, resource navigation, and social skill development
- Employment readiness and vocational support
- Health and wellness education
- Symptom management and coping strategies
- Individualized skill-building and supportive group activities
Youth and Adolescent PRP
Our Youth PRP services help children and adolescents develop the skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and in social settings. Services may include:
- Academic support and school attendance assistance
- Social and communication skill development
- Emotional regulation and stress management strategies
- Peer relationship development
- Family involvement to strengthen routines and support at home
- Recreational and enrichment activities in structured, supportive environments
