Use Disorder Intensive

Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP program provides structured, supportive treatment for individuals

who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require

inpatient hospitalization. The program focuses on stabilization, skill-building,

and helping individuals safely return to daily life, school, or work.

Services within our IOP include:

Comprehensive Clinical Assessments – detailed evaluations by licensed clinicians to determine treatment needs, diagnosis, and

appropriate level of care.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management – assessments and ongoing medication monitoring by licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to support symptom stabilization and recovery.

Structured Group Therapy – multiple therapeutic groups each week focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, relapse prevention, and managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Individual Therapy – regular one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist to address personal challenges, reinforce treatment goals, and support progress made in group sessions.

Family Therapy and Support – sessions that help strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and provide families with tools to support recovery.

Psychoeducation and Skill Development – education on mental health conditions, stress management, healthy coping strategies, and relapse prevention to promote long-term stability.

Crisis Support and Stabilization – timely clinical support during periods of increased distress to help prevent hospitalization and maintain safety.

Care Coordination and Discharge Planning – collaboration with primary care providers, schools, community resources, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition back to routine outpatient services.
